Rosemary Shampoo

Left my hair squeaky clean. Literally. Hair squeaked as I was ringing the water out my hair. No pollution / dirt / grime had a chance against this shampoo.

This product put a heavy coating on my hair strands and pretty much made my hair stiff. I had to follow up with another shampoo to fully clean it out of my hair. I have a mixture of 4a/b/c low porosity hair for reference. I reached out to the company about this matter as I had the same experience using the flaxseed moisturizing spray. Though I appreciate that they responded with an apology, their response was surprisingly vague basically telling me that their products isn’t for everyone and that they don’t offer refunds for products (which I already knew and wasn’t asking for a refund). They also didn’t give further guidance as to another product that I could try or anything. I sent them a follow up email about this matter and they never responded. I will not purchase or suggest their products again based on their not so great customer service. You would think that a company like this would be interested in helping their customers especially when they have wasted money on a product.

Favorite hair products

I love the way my scalp feels after I wash with this shampoo. Then I use oil elixir or hair food and I’m good!
