Organic Flaxseed Moisturizer (curls, waves, locs)

This is an incredible moisturizer. I have mostly low porosity hair so I need a water-based product to help me hold onto moisture and this is it. The ingredients are so pure and there's no perfume, I would even recommend this for a curly child because it's so clean. Love me some NE ❤️, the cleanest products on the market.

This product isn’t moisturizing at all. I have a mixture of 4a/b/c, low porosity hair. This product literally sat on top of my hair strands and made a coating. It has this inorganic plastic smell (most likely from the xanthan gum). I reached out to the company about this product and though I appreciate that they responded with an apology, their response was surprisingly vague basically telling me that their products isn’t for everyone and that they don’t offer refunds for products (which I already and wasn’t asking for a refund). They also didn’t give further guidance as to another product that I could try or anything. I sent them a follow up email about this matter and they never responded. I will not purchase or suggest their products again based on their not so great customer service. You would think that a company like this would be interested in helping their customers especially when they have wasted their money on a product.
