Elitech's website could run a bit quicker but that could be down to our internet at work too. Basically, I ordered the wrong product and a lady called Joyce helped me out within 10-15 mins, she was phenomenal in correcting my mistake and refunding us the difference. Elitech RC5 is good to record temperatures in my nothern scotland polytunnel

A small easy to work temperature recorder was just what I needed to track temperature variation with only 2-hourly readings in my polytunnel on the edge of the Cairgorm mountains. Works well but documentation on set up and how to use is very poor. Available youtube videos not much better.
