Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller

Absolutely Professional and Put Together!

I purchased a Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller to replace my current Hunter X2 with WiFi/Bluetooth, which had honestly been glitchy beyond belief. However, when I reached out to my sprinkler service company about swapping out the old Hunter system for the new Rachio, they offered me a free upgrade to a Hunter Pro-HC system instead. So while I was genuinely excited about the Rachio after reading so many excellent reviews, I ultimately decided to save the money and take the installer up on the offer. That said, I still wanted to leave a positive review for Rachio Support because they were fantastic to work with. They responded quickly, were professional and helpful, and since I hadn’t even opened the box yet, they immediately sent me a free return shipping label and processed a full refund with zero hassle. Honestly, the entire process was much smoother and easier than I expected. Great customer service all around. Thanks again, Rachio team!

I finally broke down and got one after installing few on customers systems. I love the fact that I have access to my customers systems to turn on the system when I do a lawn application. I will definitely try to sell more of these to customers!

In the week it’s been operating, it seems to be functioning as it should. I confess I'm not getting up before dawn to check! Once I figured out how to set the days and run times, the set-up was easy. And I like sharing it with my tree whisperer so he can adjust scheduling if I'm not there.
