Trailmate® Journey 70 Qt Cooler

I bought it for my husband aa a gift. Handel came broken. He called the company. They said they would have to review the pictures and determine how to resolve the problem. They are sending him a replacement handle to fix it himself. I Wasn’t happy about the customer service the icechest cost us $230 on sale. Its a Nice icechest. I would have rather they offer to replace it. 😟 I think i may return it. 😏

Great got delivered broke but i blame it on the fedex. Wife claimed driver dropped it out of the truck. Great product
