These are great looking glasses, and comfortable to wear, but unfortunately, because of the design (no screws) the arms keep popping off when I put them on my head. This happened recently when I was out kayaking and the arm fell into the river. I have tried to contact Nomad various times to find out if it could be replaced. Finally got a response and was told I could purchase a replacement arm for £8. I responded to say that I would do that (though really, I think they should replace it) but have not had a reply. So now I have a pair of sunglasses I like, but can't use. Not very impressed with the customer service.
