They supplied everything but instructions and a photo of the picture. Canvas was very creased because of shipping, and I needed to use an iron to get rid of the worse. Frame was easy to put together and after several tries, I could center the canvas onto the frame. Found some good YouTube videos to help with assembly - unfortunately not by the vendor.
Suggestions:
1. Have marks on the back of the canvas for centering.
2. Canvas should be shipped in rigid packaging.
3. Photo of picture should be supplied for reference.
4. Instructions should be supplied for installation.
