This safe is a beast, and I finally feel like my valuables are really secure. The safe is of excellent quality, I just couldn’t be happier. To top it off…..Machine Shark is a terrific company to deal with. My order went thru just fine. I was a little concerned after a few days when the tracking info didn’t seem to be updating. I gave them a call and it was a real pleasure talking with someone on the phone that actually knew what they were talking about, that seems to not happen too often these days! This place is great and I’ll definitely be doing business with them on the future.

The safe is great, but the dealer is even better

I am tickled to get exactly what I wanted but didn’t think I had time for. This is the best value and most sought after high security safe around. I have never seen one in stock and didn’t think that I could afford to wait. I almost bought a lesser safe for a thousand dollars more so I could get it in a couple of days. Machine shark under-promised and over-delivered. I received my safe in six days. It’s probably just lucky timing but I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Machine Shark and thank you Hollan for building a superior product that delivers far above its cost.

Better than expected

Due to Machine Shark discount, I was able to get a TL15 safe with 2 hr burn for the same price as an RSC with 1 hr burn. Double the safe, same price. BUT, I didn’t know Machine Shark, deal seemed too good, I expected problems and excuses and I didn’t want the safe delivery sitting on the sidewalk do all to see. Anyway, Machine Shark answered to phone the 2 times I called with questions, everything went smoothly and on time, even the delivery driver rolled it into the back yard on a pallet jack (my wife was home to ask him) super happy I took the risk.
