Let's start with installation, it is not easy but they have a great video and Pdf to help. Carplay itself is flawless. Easy connectivity. I 100% recommend this over any other option. 2014 Infiniti Q70.

Great product! I was initially skeptical because I thought parts were missing but, I found out that the system was updated to no longer need those parts and was able to get it completely installed. I found the installation video pretty bad. I was a professional installer for many years and in this particular installation they were tucking the module behind a carpet was a disappointing. I ended up finding space under the driver's side dashboard and installing a mount to install the module. That way, there is airflow for the module itself and it's easy to get to for service if I needed to service it. Overall, I am very impressed with the integration into my OEM system. It feels as though it was always that way. I haven't had any technical issues after a week so, I'm hoping it stays that way! If anything out of the ordinary happens, I'll make sure I update here! 5 Stars to the Korean tech support team also. They answered me when the regular tech support didn't I commend them for helping me figure out that certain parts were no longer needed and I could proceed with my installation!
