I love this pickup. A few years back I bought and had installed the Smooth/Classic combo in a custom built guitar I had. The original Humbucker's were dying. They brought the Guitar back to life. I can't say enough good about them. They're clear airy, open and transparent with just the right amount of gain when turned up full volume and distortion when pedals are used.
