I like the product I keep ordering another leg because the straps have worn out and doesn’t work anymore and I have to replace the plastic with metal loops that I get from the store. Other than that I like the product. I use it every day to get around if I didn’t have that, I’d have to use crutches

Freedom with Freedom Leg
The Freedom Leg is a bit difficult to get use to but it did give me freedom in moving around. It was especially helpful in going up and down stairs which was almost impossible without it. I found out about it myself by Googling - just thinking there had to be a better way than crutches to prevent weight bearing. My orthopedist was completely unaware of this device. I wish I had gotten it as soon as I had my accident.

Tibia-fibula plateau fractures right leg May 15
Received my Freedom Leg two weeks ago but ran into an unforeseen issue. The surgical incisions I have are quite long running either side of my knee for nearly 12” and were not healed sufficiently at the time so the shin straps put direct pressure on them causing some bleeding. Now two weeks later (6 weeks from the surgery) I am just able to comfortably use the device.
I think the company should mention this as a possible complication for those recovery from surgical procedures.
That said, the product works as advertised. Have not attempted stairs yet; that will be tomorrow!
I hope to be partial weight bearing soon but will continue to use the Freedom Leg between physio intervals
