Bad customer service

I love true classic tall but they don’t have as many colors so I decided to try these guys out. I picked 3 colors out and what I got was 3 white shirts. I sent an email to them telling them what happened and I got a copy of my order and how to exchange them. So now I have to go out of my way for something that I know wasn’t on me. I will just go back to true classic!
