Love the product. Came quickly and was as advertised. Easy to work with the company in providing graphics. Communication was good is letting me know where the order was in the process. Would use them again!

WORST Customer Service I Have EVER Dealt With

This company is a mess. Between charging me for expedited delivery, to shipping just a backdrop and no stand, then shipping the stand days later and missing my event deadline, this company is terrible Dealing with them on the phone or through WhatsApp is a joke. Nobody speaks english well, or they lie to you and can't give you an answer. The products are being shipped to you from China. They have told me several times that I was receiving a refund but won't send me the proof, or the actual refund. I had to report them to my Credit Card company. I would stay FAR away from dealing with this company. I have plenty of correspondence on voice recordings, emails and Whatsapp messages to back up my claims. This company is a fraud.
