Very small, very easy to take. Certainly do the trick

The tiny size makes them very easy to take and to fit inside a spice bottle if you transfer them to a thick glass spice container, which I recommend (you can cut out the label and sellotape it to the outside). They seem to work exactly like the older larger MK7 tabs.

I have been taking these for a couple of years now at the 100iu level. Recently I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and so did a home test for D3 and found I had insufficient levels. I haven’t found anywhere else other than Oxford Vitality where you can choose your levels and it was so easy to simply upgrade to the next level. I use this company for most of my supplements now. I also like that they come in a packet . I keep these and reuse.
