Essential Castle

I didnt recieve the castle :/

So a few things have led me to leave this review: - when I ordered the castle I didn't get any update on the order for over two weeks, despite emailing - when the order eventually shipped, I got an email from the courier saying my order was damaged to the point where it was unrecoverable and to contact the company -I know its not in their control the courier damaged the parcel, but I've contacted them on 2 separate occasions and a follow up email and apart from one email to ask for the damage certificate, I haven't received anything and it had been a while now I'll probably keep trying to contact however I am pretty upset that this isn't being picked up - communication would really be appreciated Quite disappointed as I was really looking forward to giving this to my bunnies but instead I've just had radio silence

Cosy Castle

My 9 week old mini lop, loves his cosy castle, he is obsessed with, to the point he doesn’t leave it! He can’t quite get on the cushion on the top but I’m sure he will love that too! I will definitely be buying from cosy castle’s again! I had to change my order and the customer service was amazing and I had my order changed . I love watching your Instagram’s, will definitely buy from you guys again!!
