Dry Aged Fillet of Beef

Although very tasty it was supposed to be 2 x 8oz steaks, when weighed with wrapping on it was a smidge over 13 oz, that's not 16oz. Not value for money at £20

Lovely quality steak.

This fillet steak was very well prepared with little fat, extremely fresh and of a generous size. It cooked beautifully with minimal shrinkage, was lovely and tender and full of flavour. I would not hesitate to buy this or any other meat from this butcher again.
