Low Cal High Impact!
I love these recipes and the photos make them high impact. I feel like I cook better when I can see a visual result. The photos are so gorgeous that it's easy to forget these are healthy, low-cal meals too! The Spinach and Mozzarella pita pizzas, Thai Chicken Noodle Soup, Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter, and Scrumptious Shrimp Scampi are personal favorites. The photos show me how to dress up the recipe and dazzle with it, and that's a double bonus knowing I'm eating a low-cal, healthy meal.

Low calorie Menu Pack
I am beyond thrilled to have this in my life. I used it for the first time today and WOW for the first time in my adult life grocery shopping was a breeze!!! This takes so much stress off of this wife and momma!

So many I can’t pick a favorite
I love the meals. They are simple easy and so tasty. I have all the boxes and love them all. I’m anxious for low carb!
