This flour does a great job on all my breads, whole wheat, rye and baguettes.

Perfect Product

I have been purchasing variety of flours from Bakers Authority for years. My Dad used to own a bakery in Poland and while he is visiting Florida over the summer, he always asks for this flour so he can dust off his old bread recipes.....He bakes once a week....and this flour is his favorite....He mixes other Bakers Authority flours together...depending on the recipe...His breads are amazing!......... He always says...''If flour is good, bread is good, and this is a good flour!!!'' I started to use this flour between his visits, mostly for pizza dough.....and my pizzas are getting better and better...I might even try my dad's bread recipe...one day, maybe under his supervision....it is labour intense and preperation of sour is time consuming.....but sooo worth it!!! Thank you for a great and consystent product that never disappoints!!!!
