Pleased
Bought this after using up a big batch of medium rye in my frig. It has a very nice flavor in a Russian black bread recipe, but have only one loaf to assess. As a new customer, I appreciate the ability to find many difficult to find flours (eg. pumpernickel & clear flour) without having to buy in bulk (eg. 50 lbs).

Excellent flour. Used it to make loaves of Swedish Limpa bread and Milwaukee Rye Bread. Eventually will need to purchase more because that bag is already half gone.
