Great Flavor and Texture

Coarsely ground whole wheat flour is difficult to find in grocery stores. Baker’s Authority’s product is excellent and far superior in texture and flavor to the other major brand I’ve tried.

Great flavor

I find the coarser flour has much more impact than the fine and it makes a terrific cracked wheat bread. Now, I need to find a place that sells some cracked wheat. I'm not doing a good job with a home spice grinder.
