This oil has been so helpful with potential anxiety. I keep it handy and breathe in, apply on my wrists, and say a eater when I start feeling the first signs of anxiety(tightness in my chest). The feelings dissipate quickly.

Not just for calming

I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis and possible endometriosis. I was using a blend to help with the symptoms of pain and cramping, but the smell was so strong I had trouble putting it on. When I looked for another option, I found this blend. It's very similar but has a much better scent! And it eases my symptoms significantly!
