Bar came packaged well and is a great bar for the big 3 lifts with not too aggressive knurling so you don’t mind using it every day

I have been in and out of gyms for 20 years. I know my bars very well. I can tell you that this bar is amazing. I absolutely love it. Our club currently owns The Strongarm Power Bar and the Ohio Power Bar. I have used all 3 and in my opinion I prefer this standard bar over all of them. I just prefer the feel, the metal and the coating. The power bar is REALLY aggressive so if that's your style then that's your bar but comparing this bar at $200 to the OHIO power bar at nearly $450 I'd choose this bar any day. The one difference I've noticed is that this bar is a 28mm shaft which may suit my smaller hands for lifting. Again this is all personal preference. I have no idea what Dianne is talking about? I see no difference with how this bar performs compared to any other bars in a meets or in Powerlifting. Don't let it collect dust. Get it out and get some lifting done with it. Its not going to affect your lifts that much. Now the only thing I will say with this bar is if you are a heavy lifter. I'm going to say in the 600lbs + range of lifting I would recommend going for a heavier steel bar. Mike would even recommend you that himself I'm sure. You big guns need that Power bar but for any of us mere mortals this bar is more than suffice and the price is unbeatable. Mike is the man. Keep doing your thing.

Love it! Two of my friends have these bars and they love them. It almost feels like 28.5mm, the knurling is great and the whip is very nice for oly lifting too!
