Great product
Been using these for a year or so. Extremely effective product. Works great. I feel like i've had a great night sleep with very little affect the next day.

My husband takes them. He is a hotshot driver and drives lots of miles and they help him keep focused and give him energy.

Pretty good product most of the time, however still waking during the night, and occasionally still taking longer than normal to fall asleep.
Have noted some inconsistencies in batches. Some seem extra thin and sticky making it difficult to remove from packaging.
