Perfect balance!

I'm usually not a fan of bonnet pepper, but I love curry and the Jersey Barnfile Indian Summer is my favorite one. But This Fat Cat is DELICIOUS! That curry bonnet fits into almost anything and gives a fantastic punch. Very good sauce!
