The badges got bent, as the packing was kept with just a paper.. probably should have been kept it with piece of cardboard and marked "do not bend" on the envelope..

The custom badge I had created on BadgeSmith came out great. Better than I had expected. I even had co-workers complimenting the one I had made for myself, and referred them to the Website.
