Beautiful piece, accurate, just what I needed!

The glass component was installed slightly crooked but I was able to easily unscrew the top and straighten it out myself. Also, the glass is slightly deformed in shape (droopy on one side). But those are the only flaws — overall it's a BEAUTIFUL addition to my desk, the metallic finish is perfect, and the time is accurate. I've been using it daily for over 2 months. Thank you!

Looks nice spotty performance

Beautiful piece - The sand stops flowing before the upper chamber is empty. Waiting to see if they will address this issue.
