Hi-Tech Diamond Diamond Compound Paste

I used the 600 mesh through the 8,000 mesh, followed by cerium oxide, with hard felt bits on a Foredom, to polish this Praisolite cabochon - the first I've ever made! It turned out lovely. It only seems to take a very small amount of compound to work well... The paste spreads very far and very easily. So it seems the 5g syringes I ordered should last quite a while. I planned to use these for polishing organic shaped stone carvings, and they will certainly do the trick.

Currently at mid stage with my gem work. But im sure 3000 will produce a mirror like finish.
