Just buy the BEST.

Tape measures are a tool that need to be replaced when they stretch out over time, or someone decides to roll it into a ball for storage (that also stretches it). My husband ordered me cheap replacements online. When they arrived we checked them...All three were off. We purchased a popular brand. They were also not accurate. Do your self a favor. Just buy this one. It is the best.
