Richard kindly opened up on his day off to accommodate my being in the area and arranged about 8 guitars both above and below the price of the Eastman, I had been looking for a new acoustic for a few years and tried loads of makes at all price ranges including many Eastman’s. In the end the look, feel and sound was what I was looking for. Richards guitar tech made a few tweaks on the setup that I felt were needed which allowed me to be sure the guitar was spot on before buying. I have been in many shops where the driver for the salesman is how much you want to spend rather than what best suits your needs. Some of the best guitars I have owned have not necessarily been the most expensive. When I shared that I had no budget limit in mind Richard did not change his pitch and try selling me his most expensive guitar, instead was respectful of my requirements and allowed me to make an informed choice. It was refreshing to be left to test the Guitars in peace without the salesman wanting to impress you with the new technique they have just learned. Richard is truly passionate about guitars and has an extensive knowledge of the Guitars he sells. Great experience and a really good deal, I am very pleased with my new guitar and would recommend Richard without hesitation.
