Kind Colorado Decal

I ordered a couple stickers and when I got the mail it was a flag that was a color chart. I emailed the company and got a quick response from Wylie the General Manager saying they’ll send me a return label and get the stickers in the mail. That was over a week ago and I haven’t heard anything from them since and I responded to the email twice and they have gone incognito. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to fix my order but they have disappeared. Poor lack of customer service.

They sent me something completely different than what I ordered. When I emailed them to try to resolve the issue and they have completely ghosted me and have not responded to my email from a week ago or from my follow up email from 5 days ago.

Bigger than I thought it would be & the quality is great! I love it!
