Royal Blue Veg Puck (450nm)

Compact plants & happy clones!

Bought a couple of these royal blue pucks to help keep any stretching brought on by using far-red LEDs to a minimum. Also to tame the high level of 660nm diodes in my main light that seem to cause some unwanted stretching. Was able to fix those issues with these pucks. Also ended up using one along with a fluorescent T5 fixture for clones & seedlings. Plants responded almost immediately & seem to really love the deep blue light. Running these 18-20hrs per day without issue. They get pretty warm but not too hot, you won't need a heatsink. I've only added these recently but they blend in perfectly with my other lights & are having a real positive effect on plant growth. Less space between nodes definitely apparent, which was the main goal. Loving RapidLED's supplemental line for filling in & balancing those gaps in the spectrum as well as taming any stretching caused by using far-red initiator LEDs or taking advantage of the Emerson effect. Together they're giving me the positive effects I was looking for. Thanks RapidLED for these great products!

Good build quality, lens is perfect for my application. Puts out a lot of light for the wattage. I'll be purchasing more so that I can steer spectrum when needed.
