Stands by their product!!

I like the Oliso for its size and tip; unfortunately this is my 3rd replacement as I experienced a dial issue with the first two. The best part about buying from them is that Oliso stands by their product, so as annoying as it is to have an issue, they are more than happy to make it right!

Great small iron

I love the size of this small iron. It works great for quilting and heats up very quickly. My only complaint is that the dial is very hard to read so it is hard to read what setting you are on and I don’t like the fact that even when you turn the dial to off the light stays on so I feel like I need to unplug it when not in use because I don’t trust that it is really off because the light stays on. I will also say that Oliso has outstanding customer service if y or have any issues or questions!
