No more hose dragging

We have lots of young native plants in our front and side yards. The hose dragging whether to soak individual plants to or to try to set up a sprinkler was simply too much, I seemed to always damage some no matter how careful I was attempting to work. No more… this little box is worth its weight in dollars, stress, precision… therapy:). The price will make you think twice, but after spending 250 dollars on hoses, sorinklers and quick connects, I realized this little guy is worth it. One hose, 20 min to map out where your zone is and voila… you are DONE. Easily manage rain days and high wind on your phone. I wish I had bought this before my expensive trip to the lawn and garden store.

Honestly Worth It

Amazing solution, could use a few upgrades

I have a home on a steep grade without irrigation. Trying to hand water several garden spaces was really a pain and difficult to be consistent with. I saw Oto in a neighbor’s yard and was very excited by the solution. We’ve used it for a month now. Defining zones is really easy and amazing for odd shapes. We have a garden area, different trees both in ground and potted, and l’m adding a small lawn space from seed. Oto is amazing for the trees and established garden. The flow is a bit strong for the seeded lawn - it would be nice if there were a feature to change the flow to a “spray” rather than a continual “jet.” The one frustration experienced is a a water flow error while we were on vacation that I couldn’t resolve from a distance. That error left everything without water for 5 days. On return home it simply needed a reset that I performed in less than 5 minutes (no need to change water setup). The reliance on the app meant I couldn’t ask a neighbor to fix this for me. It would be nice to have them build in a solution for this in the future. All in all, I’d highly recommend for situations where traditional irrigation isn’t already in place. Oto is a really amazing solution and the app is very easy to use.
