The being charged and having it shipped was a breeze. Having a prefessional shop attempt to install it, and have my car nearly break down as a result of it was not expected. True disappointment came when they were willing to replace it, but when i wanted a refund they tasked me with shipping and the cost to at first. Then allowed me to incur over 300 follars in labor and then copped out on sharing that cost bc i didnt take it to a vendor of their choice, but failed to mention they even had a vendor list of where to take it until i asked for the refund and restitution. Soo now im sending it back at a loss, and think very poorly of the company. And once refund is processed ... assuming it is. I will ve sure to voice my experience across all platforms, social media, google and inbetween... 300 times to hopefully spare another unknowing soul of how poorly their customer service is. Not to mention how their product isnt AS easy and functioning as it is.

Great System for my Lexus

I’ve had it installed for about a month now in my GS and it’s awesome, no issues and everything works seamlessly. I highly recommend it, I use CarPlay.
