Worst purchase ever.

My order came in with defective Swarovski stones. Never had any problems with Swarovski stones before from other stores so I think they are selling fake ones. They also charge 15% of restocking fee which I never heard before since they never sent or told me about that policy. No receipts from the mail at all. Not recommend it.
