Perfect size

This link chain necklace is the perfect size, not too large and tacky but not so small that you can’t tell what it is. Layers well with other pieces and the gold is a lovely shade. I love how everything is packaged, makes me feel so fancy when I open them.

Truly Amazing Customer Service

I didn't realize when ordering that this necklace had a toggle clasp instead of a spring clasp. I have lost necklaces before with a toggle clasp and reached out to customer service. Not only did they respond nearly immediately, but they offered to remake the necklace for me with my preferred clasp without extra charge or returning the original necklace.
