Poor Communication

I ordered a headboard from your company because the delivery time worked to have it before an event at my home. I did NOT get it in time. I emailed several times asking about it and it was not shipped in time. Also, I had to search the internet to find your phone number which caused me to doubt your validity. I’m not impressed and don’t think I will order from you again. Very sad to say this.
