Arrived warm

I had the salumi at a winery and thought it was wonderful. The reason for the 3 stars is because they arrived warm, the ice had melted and everything was not chilled at all. I reached out to the company and they said if the packages weren’t bloated they should be fine. I would like to try them but I am still worried. Otherwise I really liked their products.
