I ordered these frames and was pleased by the quality. The frames were packed up securely and well protected from damage. I was also pleased by the customer service. After placing my order, I learned that I was unable to print the photos that I wanted to frame in my desired sizes. I emailed the company to ask if they could make a change to my order so that I received the correct sizes. They responded promptly, processed the change, and issued me a partial refund before the package shipped, saving me a trip to the post office to drop off a return later on.
