I like the chestnut puree, it's a very versatile product, I use it for baked goods, mousses and other pastry items. With its earthy flavor it's perfect for fall desserts.

Glad I found this place

This is one of the few places that I found that has this chestnut purée and I’m so happy to have found it. I placed a pick up order and I called to make sure I could pick it up (since I was going to be in Queens that day). The person I spoke to was happy to oblige and told me it would be ready and sure enough when I arrived it was there on the shelf in the loading dock waiting for us. Thank you for some great customer service!! I will definitely be ordering again.
