I ordered a necklace for a gift and forgot to use my first-time-order code. I sent an email not thinking I’d get any refund and the owner of the company immediately wrote back saying she would happily refund me the difference. The necklace was shipped quickly and looks amazing! I’m excited to give it to my sister for Christmas. I love the mission of the company also - to reuse things and make them new again!
