Ordering from Heat Free Hair was a little challenging for me as I selected the incorrect product. However, the customer service was fantastic and helped me with my exchange. There is value in purchasing at this price point. Here is why. I like wearing my hair short, and the company note advised me to purchase two packages for short hairstyles. They were correct. However, I bought 3 packs, thinking I wanted to be sure I had enough. I was so wrong. After my completed service, I have a full, unopened pack and a long string left over from the other 2 packs. At the salon, the hairdressers were impressed with the quality and texture and asked me for this company's address. Everywhere I go, I am getting compliments.
