Great piece and excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful customer service experience. I called to order a custom-sized piece, and the gentleman I spoke to walked me through the entire process and helped me weigh the pros and cons. He then offered some alternative solutions that would end up being a little less expensive for me in the long run. They even sent me a photo before shipment to confirm the piece I was receiving. Fantastic experience all around. I'm going to be starting work on a small production run of some units I've been prototyping, and I'll for sure be ordering all of my leather stock from Reed.
