Electric Blue Holographic Pops!

What an awesome color! Sorry no photo but I have to admit, I have been a bit messy. There is a learning curve to avoid waste! The best part is no awful smell and lots of cost and time at the nail salon!! I am learning to do my own nails and get compliments when I go out!
