I had gotten this for my 7 year old to help with his allergies. I did see an improvement the more he wore. It! It probably took about a good week to really see a big difference! The 6.5" was really big on his wrist though and he ended up losing it playing outside one night, but once I can I will be repurchasing it again! He loved it and was really upset he lost it!
