Interesting I should be asked to review this item

I have been asked to review an item that I ordered, however never received. Instead, I was sent covers for regular sized guitars. I contacted the company and was told that I would have to re-order the ukulele loog gig bag. Which was out of stock. But would soon be back in stock. Needless to say, they are still not in stock. As well as returning the guitar bags I never ordered to be reimbursed. These ukulele gig bags have been out of stock since I ordered them and now they’re asking me to review. Instead of sending me the correct bags. They sent me something. I never ordered, but they charged me for. Then they told me it had to be my fault for ordering the wrong bags. Now I have to make it right by requesting a label and packaging them and returning them? But somehow, this is my problem, even though it was their mistake. Still without ukulele gig bags.

I ordered cases for ukuleles and instead was sent cases for regular size guitars without my consent. now I have to wait until they get ukulele cases in and re-order them. I also have to return the guitar cases they sent. Supposedly they were to be in stock on Friday for the ukulele. Needless to say they still are not in stock. And of course you can’t get a hold of a live person to speak to about your order. You have to go through a chat bot, which is set up to make sure that you give up. 0 star rating.
