Faulty

I loved my first watch that I bought on a celebrity cruise years ago which I loved but I lost. Disappointed in this one. I loved it initially but the clasp on the band is sticky and the little bar slides in and out. The glass face also pops off when I fly at around 20 minutes after take off. Obviously something to do with pressure? This has led to the watch no longer keeping time. I have written in about both issues but no reply. Maybe because I'm in Australia it is too hard for them ? I tried to find a direct email for CEO or higher management but to no avail.
