Meat came very late and very spoiled. Called the store. Super helpfull friendly customer service. Took care of me very quickly. Within minutes they tracked the shipment, found out the post office near where I sent it kept it for 7 days, And sent a replacement. It was not their fault, it was the post office. Very happy with how they treat customers. And the food that arrived this time was perfect. And amazingly delicious as always. I will be ordering again. And I will be recommending them to all my friends. Wish I could have given then 6 stars.
