These worked very well for relieving knee and ankle pressure. It also helped provide a physical reminder for where my feet should be in the irons and how the correct position is supposed to feel. The only down side was trying to fit them into jointed irons. The protective covering over the joints reduced the available space to work the pads into the irons. That was not an ideal situation but that’s what I had to work with. Overall, this is a useful product for the kinesthetic learner.
