TourGuardPlus Urban/Commuter Tire

I use these tires (38mm) for fully loaded self-supported cross-country touring, and I love them! Using these tires, I have ridden the Northern Tier route (4,300 miles), the Western Express route (1,600 miles) and the Great Rivers South route (1,500 miles) without getting a single flat. My bike weighs 100 pounds when fully loaded with front & rear panniers, handlebar bag, and seat bag, and I weigh 220 pounds, so the tires are carrying a substantial load. These tires are the perfect balance of toughness vs. weight for my touring needs.
